Lose weight before your big day in with a 10 day diet

What you really want to know is will a 10 day diet work, or is it just a bunch of marketing BS which the Diet Industry want us to believe so they can sel their latest wonder diet pills and diet supplements.

Of course you are going to be cynical and I would be too if I wasn't the author of a best selling diet ebook Lose 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks but I can tell you from the hundreds of satisfied clients I have had tell me a 10 day or 2 week diet if you prefer can really work for you.Provided of course it is safe, nutritionally balanced and you should for good measure include a light exercise routine.

Have you looked at yourself in a mirror recently? If not I want you to next time you have a bath or shower to take time to look at yourself. Are you pleased with what you see or horrified? How do you look when you look at your naked body in a full length mirror?

If your used to judging your success with losing weight using scales I want you to try a different method. I find it is far more effective and less demotivational if you gain a little.I suggest you buy a full length mirror and put it either on a door of your closet or on a wall where you can stand and see yourself everytime you get out of the bath or shower.

When you look at yourself looking down on yourself you look bigger than you really are the birds eye view emphasises the size of you and makes you look much fatter.In addition if you wear clothing which is skin tight and you don't have the figure for it you will look huge and overweight but a change of outfit could make all the difference.

Lets suppose after looking in the mirror you have decided you ought to go on a bit of diet. For example lets imagine you and your partner are due to go on vacation and you feel worried how you will look on the beach.

It might have been a couple of months when you knew you were going to need to be ready for the special event but before you know it life gets in the way and you find yourself having a couple of weeks to lose around 8-10 pounds so you can get into that bikini you brought last year.

Imagine this you stopped eating and are now maybe 4-5 days in to your starvation diet your probabaly feeling tired,fed up, depressed and on top of all that could eat just about anything.Being so hungry at living on next to nothing will just make you sad and is not the way to go about things.

Maybe your planning to get married or be guest at wedding or prehaps it's just a party you have been looking forward to for weeks by now if you have been starving yourself or following a wacky diet you are fed up and can't be bothered with anything.

So lets go back you've decided you want to lose 10 pounds but if you lost 6 or 7 maybe 8 pounds would it really be that bad? No of course not don't worry about what the scales tell you and let your eyes guide you (remember that mirror) Now just shut you eyes a minute and imagine this ...

You'll be feeling sexier, more stunning and full of confidence when your wearing that sexy little black dress (LBD) or pretty colored bikini, think of all that extra attention you'll get and how hot and turned on you are going to feel when you are with your partner knowing how good you look. However if you been single for ages you better get used to having a lot more attention as well after all your'e a hot babe now.

Well was that more motivational than thinking about losing weight of course it is and this combined with a healthy eating plan and a mild but effective exercise regimen is all you need.

I know it's hard to believe but your motivation is far more important than your diet if you truly want something badly enough it is not possible to fail a 14 day diet or a 10 day diet it really won't make any difference if your hearts in it.
